You may have heard about Law Enforcement being against Hemp flower. If you haven’t this article will help fill in some gaps. The main reason for most people is that even the drug-sniffing dogs are not abe to tell the difference. Frankly, we know that MOST PEOPLE cannot tell the difference either.

Some are truly exploring their options for some therapy like pain or lack of sleep while others are “old school” and love the overall relaxation afforded by Cannabis. We’ve learned from most of our customers that people cannot distinguish between Hemp vs Marijuana.
This is somewhat important since so many people know that hemp products have been made LEGAL when President Donald Trump signed the US Farm Bill (2018) into law. There is only State-level protection, not Federal, for other forms of cannabis (such as pot). This is also why you cannot cross State lines with marijuana (pot, weed, ganja, etc.) but you can with Hemp.
